There are three ways to get meet results, each with trade-offs: the On Deck app, the team website, and Meet Mobile (free or paid).
Why overall placement can look wrong
Per Naperville Swim Conference rules, only heat one scores, so results list heat-one swimmers first, then everyone else by time (DQs last). Your child's "overall placement" in an app may therefore look off.
What to use, and when
| What you want | When | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Declare swimmer to a meet | 7+ days before | On Deck or team website |
| See what events the coach entered | 1-2 days before | On Deck or team website |
| Preliminary heat sheets | Evening before | Meet Mobile (free) or website |
| Final heat sheet | At meet start | Meet Mobile (free) |
| Live swimmer times | During the meet | Meet Mobile (paid) |
| Final times | 4-48 hrs after | On Deck or website |
Home-meet note: Meet Mobile never converts Huntington's 20-yard times. Multiply by 1.3 for the 25-yard equivalent. Away-meet times display accurately.
On Deck app
Sign up swimmers, update account info, and check final (25-yard converted) results after they're posted. It does not show real-time results or day-of heat-sheet updates. Log in with your website credentials (team alias recnpdschb), then open Meet Results.
Team website
Sign up swimmers, update your account, view pre-meet files (psych sheets), and check final converted results once finalized. See your swimmer's history under My Account → My Meet Results.
Meet Mobile
A subscription app for live results and heat sheets from the stands.
