Declaring your swimmer's availability tells the coaching staff who to enter into events. If you don't sign up by the deadline, you can't swim that meet. No late entries, no exceptions. Please also select Decline if your swimmer can't attend. If you say yes, make every effort to attend: after the deadline the coaches build the individual and relay line-ups, and last-minute pulls create work for our coaches and the host team's volunteer scorers.

- Boys/Girls & HS Invites - 1 week in advance
- City & Classic championships. ASAP, as soon as you know which meet your swimmer will attend
On the website
Make sure you're signed in. From the home page, click Swim Meet Sign Up or the Schedule & Events tab. Find the meet, click the red Edit Commitment box, select your swimmer, then Yes or No, and check the day/session box. Use the Notes box to message the coaches (e.g., "trying for a City time in backstroke" or "needs to leave early, no relays"). Repeat for each swimmer, for each meet.
In the SportsEngine Motion app
Log in with the same email and password. Open the top-left drop-down → Events & Jobs → Events & Meets (note: app meets are grouped by category, starting with Away meets. Not chronological). Tap Commitment, choose your swimmer, then Yes, please or No, thanks. Use the Notes box. Repeat for each swimmer, for each meet.
